Plans differ in where drafts go, what the agents read and how they write. These never change.

Tell the agents who people are and how you like things. Read, change or clear it in Settings.
Every draft from every meeting in one place. Approve it, edit it or dismiss it with a key.
The agents read for context. They cannot send, post or change anything until you approve it.
One transcript the agents run on, whether you paste it, upload it or import it. Editing or approving drafts does not count. An imported meeting only counts once it runs, so meetings your rules skip are free.
They are still drafted, with the same care. You copy the note and paste it into HubSpot yourself. On Pro, one click puts it on the right contact or deal. The same goes for Slack, Teams, Notion, Linear and the other apps beyond email and calendar.
Free already writes every draft Pro would send, so you see the quality before you pay. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime, so trying it costs one month at most.
New meetings stop until a slot opens. On Free that is when your oldest meeting in the last 30 days drops out; on Pro and Max it is your next billing date. Everything you already have keeps working: you can still review, edit and approve every draft. There are no overage charges, and an upgrade applies right away.

Yes. Cancel in Manage billing and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Then you are on Free, and your meetings, drafts and memory stay.
