Memory

What the agents know about the people you work with and how you like things.

Memory is a short list of facts every agent reads before it writes: who people are, and how you like things done. It is how the third recap email to the same client already sounds like you.

Find it in Settings, under Memory.

Memory in Settings: learn from my reviews, people and how you work

Two kinds of facts

  • People: Maya Chen is Head of Operations at Larkspur Foods and prefers short emails.
  • How you work: Sign off emails with Best, Sam. Release news goes to #product, not #general.

Add a fact yourself

  1. Click Add next to People or How you work.
  2. Write one fact, in plain words, and save it.

You can also add facts when you take the tour, and with Remember when you ask an agent for a change. See Remember it for next time. Facts you write yourself work on every plan.

Learning from your reviews Pro and Max

With Learn from my reviews on, an agent looks at what you approve, edit and dismiss, and notes what it learns. A habit shows up once the same thing happens in two meetings. Each fact shows where it came from, such as Learned from 3 meetings or Added by you.

Change or forget

Click a fact to change it. To remove one, use the cross next to it. Forget everything clears the whole memory after you confirm. Turning learning off stops new facts from being learned; what is already there stays until you remove it.
