What to do when a draft fails or an app stops working.

A draft says Failed

Open it and click Try again. Most failures are short hiccups, for example when the AI model is busy, and a second try works. If it keeps failing, dismiss it and write that one yourself, or ask us.

An action is missing

Agents only draft actions that are yours. If an action was said but not clearly given to anyone, it may not be. Add it from the meeting: write it in the field at the bottom of the meeting page, such as also send Maya the slides. Check that your name in Settings is the one people use in meetings.

A draft goes to the wrong person or address

Fix the To: line in the draft, or tell the agent who it should go to. With your email and CRM connected, the agents can look up addresses themselves. Add the person to Memory so it is right next time.

Meetings are not coming in

• Open Setup and check that the notetaker is connected and its switch is on. If it says Reconnect, sign in again.
• tl;dv, Google Meet and Gong are checked every hour, so a meeting can take up to an hour to show up.
• Zoom needs cloud recording with the audio transcript turned on, and Google Meet needs transcription turned on in the meeting.
• Check your rules. A meeting that is too short or has a skipped word in its title is left out on purpose.
• Auto import is part of Pro and Max. On Free, import meetings with one click from the new meeting box.

An app says Expired

Some apps sign you out after a while. Open All integrations, click the app and click Reconnect.

An app has a lock

That app is not part of your plan. The draft is still written in full: copy it with Copy and paste it into the app, or upgrade to send it with one click.

I can't start a new meeting

You have used the meetings in your plan for now. The new meeting box says when the next one opens. See When you reach your limit.
